Quick Tips for New Officials

Step 1: Join USA Lacrosse

Register as an official under the Southeast Florida Board at usalacrosse.com. Adult membership is $55, youth is $35.

Step 2: Complete Online Course

Finish the 2-hour USA Lacrosse women's game official's online course before attending the in-person clinic.

Step 3: Attend the Clinic

Register and attend the New Officials in-person clinic. Pay $75 via Zelle to sflaxrefs@gmail.com to secure your spot.

Step 4: Complete Field Training

Attend Saturday field trainings, shadow experienced officials, then stand for your field rating to complete certification.

Step 5: Register with FHSAA

To referee JV and High School games, register with the FHSAA via ArbiterSports.
